Kirtan Rasa 2025 - 1st to 3rd Dec – 12 hours each day at Indian Association Ajman. Bonus pre sessions being planned is on 29th evening and 30th afternoon at Regent School (for close devotee audience only – will not be in any poster)

After doing Kirtan Rasa for so many years at another location, and growing it to a magnificent level, we are moving to Indian Association, Ajman, this year.

There were many challenges to reach where we are and there are pros and cons for the move. But lets embrace change and work towards making the festival grand again.

We will have a larger number of kirtaniyas that will come in this year. We have confirmation from HH BB Govinda swami maharaj, HH Sacinananda Swami maharaj, Adiras Prabhu, Akincana Prabhu, Amala Harinam das, Kirtan Premi das, Acyuta Gopi dd, Radhika Ranjan das, Krishna Kishore das and many more in addition to Radhika Ranjana Pr (first time this year), and many more.

We are also expected to have a much larger number of devotees from outside of our country and planning to make arrangements for all.

The main advantages are - bigger hall, cooking facility at the hall, nearby large parking area, good place for stalls, lower cost facility compared to other areas, 

The adjustments required are – more commute, but manageable considering they are holidays.

1st Dec, is now a public holiday, while 3rd not being a holiday is more damaging.

We can expect a big crowd on 1st and 2nd, but 3rd is going to be lean. I would appeal to all of you to take the day off to relish kirtans, but in any cost, done miss the closing kirtans in the evening. We need all your support on this day, also as we have to wind up post the event.

1st dec, also considering it is Bhagavad Gita appearance day and ekadasi, we are planning a small scale Gita yagna and start the day earlier.

Those who can move closer to the venue, could consider staycation on 1st and 2nd nights only. We are going to identify and also book many rooms for sevadaris who need to be close, in addition to the kirtaniyas. To help devotees care for their deities, we are also organising a room wherein all the deities can be brought in (with no valuable jewellery) and basic care of aratis, bhoga and only simple abhisheka for shilas.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is being organised for all on all 3 days, and so you can leave home early to be with us full time. B/fast is planned from 8am to 9.30am, Lunch from 12noon to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 9pm (post which parcel can be provided), so we can be there for the full session and leave sharp to return home and be ready for being punctual to come and leave on each day.

As this is new ground, I would seek more support from each and everyone of you, please be there with us and offer your services, and we will be able to fit you into some one or other service based on your volunteering.

Also the budget for the program is likely to be way higher that yester years, and so I would request each and everyone of you to be generous in your own donation, and don’t wait, but please reach out to our treasury team to pledge or donate ahead of the event. Also I would request you to reach out to your BVs and others capable of supporting to extend a contribution for the event.

Parents with children – I would request that children are under their vision and control at all times, lots of new visitors, new venue call for more safety measures from us, but more so from you all as parents. Please don’t let your children run around, make noise. We will try to get some silhouettes for painting to keep children occupied.
