About the Speaker: HG Naru Gopal das was born in a Vaishnava family in West Bengal in the year 1973, being attracted by seeing the pictures of Mayapur Dham and especially after hearing about the Mayapur Gurukul, requested his parents to admit him in the Gurukul.

Naru Gopal das joined Mayapur Gurukul in the year 1983, when he was just 10 years old. After graduation in 1996 he was engaged in preaching services in Mayapur. In 1999 he took the service of Guest house manager in Mayapur. And then, from the year 2000-2012, he served as the CEO of ISKCON Mayapur.

At present, he is serving as the regional secretary of West Bengal, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Sikkim. He is also the GBC emissary for Bangladesh. Known for his Kirtan and Gaura Katha, Naru Gopal das travels around the world inspiring so many devotees in their Krishna consciousness
