This is an internal message to all of our regulars who are I am sure all geared up for attending the SB katha with HG Amarendra Prabhu starting today for 7 days.

This event as you know is being organised at Rashmi/Mahesh Gaura Govinda Prabhu residence and they have very enthusiastically as ever organised the venue, a top cover (even if it rains) and thrown open their villa for the grand program, in addition to the amazing Govindas buffet on two nights and packed prasad on other nights.

My request to all of you :

*Kartas, or those who are sponsoring on behalf of their family* – to be on time, connect with Vraja Lila Nath prabhu to ask what seva is required each day, before and after the event, be there personally to invite visitors, organise seating, serving prasad, ensuring post event clean up is done well. Also each karta will have a day for sankalpa and so keep name(s), Gotra, Nakshatra or Tithi details ready. You could also bring some fruits and your Dakshina for the event to be handed over. It is best if Kartas come in spiritual attire, as this is your event.

*Participants* : please ensure you are on time, have parked correctly, slippers put in area allotted, ensure your children are with you and not running around (it is a safety risk, and there is a busy road just outside the gate and so no children should be left unattended). There will be demarcated area for activity of children, but it is responsibility of each parent to take care and be aware and present, least we have to call you out.

We will endeavour to start and stop on time and so we would like it we are all punctual and enthusiastic.

Chairs will be limited and so would need to be occupied only by those who really cannot use the ideal floor seating for such satsang.

It is our event and so lets make it grand and make it an yearly event to benefit one and all with variety of speakers each year.
