And, here is another post with enough instructions about it to do it
yourself. This was written by our associate, a fellow Dambuster, Jim

Also, electromagnetic wave emissions can be detected by the tremendous
capacitance of the neurons, especially when any portions of the waves
fit, that
is, are resonant in any way.
And, there are quantum probability waves. Simple probability is
instant. If
I throw dice the probability of getting that throw again is changed
instantly
throughout the universe. But, quantum probabiity standing waves can go
much
faster than light. An alteration of probability will, for example,
determine
whether a flow is turbulent and slow, or laminar and fast. Probability
has its
effects and therefore can convey information. You can use probability
transduction communication with a radionic machine. Today, radionic
machines are
very expensive. But, you can make your own radionic machine. All it
takes is to
wire in a circuit a few variable capacitors and/or potentiometers to
be used as
dials, a rubbing plate, and a sampling cup. You rub the rubbing plate
until your
finger "sticks" on it, and that's your number by the attraction of
inductive
resonance. You can also adjust the dials meaningfully to communicate
back. Just
the probabilities of their adjustments exerts probability forces that
could be
picked up millions of light years from here, in a second.
