Subject:        User Group Panel at INFOTEC - Request Confirmation

 

The following User Groups have indicated they would participate in  the Panel Discussions at INFOTEC. Request your confirmation of your speaker and short background that I can use in your introduction.  Please  check in at the registration desk on the 2^nd floor of the Qwest center for your speaker badges and directions to the conference room by 3: 30.  The session will be from 3:45 -4:45.

 

AITP will facilitate the discussion each day focus on the topic: “IT For Community Development:  Improving your competitive advantage through our professional organizations and user groups”. Please have a short ‘ Who, what value, when and why you should join’ presentation. An LCD projector and laptop with PowerPoint will be available.

 

There will also be table available in the conference area for your group to provide promotional literature.
