Woohoo! Finally a date for a long anticipated opening!
Join us the morning of Saturday, May 12, 2018 to celebrate the opening of the Southlake Supercharger and the Dallas and Plano Urban Superchargers!
Arrive in Southlake as early as 8:30 am to enjoy Breakfast à la Frunk and mingle with Tesla and other EV owners.
At 9:00 am we'll celebrate the Southlake Supercharger with Mayor Laura Hill and representatives from North Central Texas Council of Governments with a ribbon cutting. After that, there's time to explore Southlake Town Square before we continue on our way.
At 9:45 am, we'll begin our trip to Dallas and we may well form the largest EV car rally* in Texas history!
We'll target 11:00 am to celebrate the Dallas Urban Superchargers with Treehouse & Houndstooth Coffee.
If you don't have a Supercharger hangover after the Southlake and Dallas celebrations, join us on the final drive to the Plano Urban Supercharger and earn the Supercharger trifectra!
To help us with our planning (the logistics of moving so many cars, plus catering considerations), please register yourself and how many you plan to bring. This event is open to everyone and we encourage everyone to come and celebrate with us.
* We'd really love to make this the largest EV rally in Texas so... Bring your EV! (as many as you have) There is additional charging in the West garage (2 bays) & East garage (4 bays) with ChargePoint.

When I RSVPed I selected the quantity of people, not EVs. I hope that’s what the intent was.
Is Breakfast à la Frunk a BYOB (B = breakfast) or is that the “catering considerations” referenced in the invite?
I look forward to being part of this EV car rally. It would be cool if the local press were to capture the sight and (lack of) sounds of a bunch of EVs.

Benjamin,
Yes, your RSVP is fine. But, if you have more than one EV, by all means do bring it.
Tesla Owners Club is North Texas is providing a light breakfast, with coffee and juice for our event.
Yes, I do hope that the silence as our procession passes by makes an impact on people. We hope to take lots of photos and videos of this event and would be pleased if you would share yours with us as well.
