Responsibilities:
The senior rails developer is responsible for the implementation of
new features for our web application built on Rails. This position
will require working with end-use customers to develop and support
customized applications, and with Product Managers to develop and
support "standard" applications.

Qualifications:
* Senior level software development experience
* Strong understanding/experience with Rails
* Experience with continuous integration
* Working knowledge of agile and SCRUM methodologies
* Strong UI skills

* Experience with the following tools and technologies are desired as
many are used in our software platform:
- RESTful Rails via ActiveResource
- BDD w/ Cucumber
- Capistrano deployments
- Continuous integration
- HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/CSS
- Ajax
