Entry-level ruby web developer

Hello,

I need to hire a full-time, entry-level Web Developer for my team in

I work for Reel FX Creative Studios, a mid-size CG Animation and
Visual Effects Studio in Deep Ellum (www.reelfx.com). I lead a team
of Ruby developers in the Studio Tools group. We do Ruby development
on some internal web-based apps using Rails, Sinatra, and other fun
stuff.
