XDebug on Windows

A few months ago, I was asked at the PHP UG meeting about getting
XDebug running/working on Windows. Today, while searching for
unrelated content, I found the following article about using XDebug
with our new, free WebMatrix tool:

I haven't tried this myself yet, but wanted to share what I found with
the group.
WebMatrix is a free, slim web development IDE from Microsoft,
available at http://www.asp.net/WebMatrix.
