Hey guys,

The AT&T Foundry in Plano is hosting a mobile app hackathon this weekend. This is a free event and we are expecting over 100 developers to be networking, developing mobile apps and competing for prizes. Here's an overview of the schedule:

Friday 6pm-9pm - Kick off event with drinks, networking, and developer dating which leads into idea pitches and team formation.
Saturday 10am-6pm - All day hackathon with technical support from AT&T, Microsoft, Apigee, and HTC available to help
Saturday 7pm-9pm - Teams begin pitching and demo'ing their app

If you don’t want to participate in the hackathon on Saturday, we will be hosting several meetup groups upstairs in the Gravity Center on Saturday morning from 10-12pm – topics include WordPress for Startups, Nickel Tour of Drupal, Proxomo: Build an App, Not a Platform, Getting an Android App to Market, Windows Phone Design & Development, and Bleeding Android.

See the full schedule and register at http://mobileappdfw2.eventbrite.com/.

Hope you can make it!
