2) good idea on the YAPC list.

There are two of us and I already had planned to take my car, even got permission to use the solitary UT electric car charger!  So we are definitely going as planned.  Tommy has kids so he must be back Wed night.

I don't know if you've thought of this, but you might want to post to the yapc list because people might be signed up for that but not this.  On the other hand, maybe you only want to offer rides to people you already kind of know from this.

My vehicle is an 85 vanagon with no air conditioner and an engine that I put in myself and only recently completed.  (I also converted it from an automatic transmission to manual along the way).  Therefore, I'm a little hesitant to offer anyone a ride in it :).  However, should you be _that_ desperate, let me know and I'll get a waiver printed up.
