New to the group

Hi. I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Chelsea and I'm 19 years old and have been fighting hair pulling since I was veryyy little. I just noticed that there was a support group in my immediate area and have been thinking about going whenever the next meeting is. I'm ready to start actively trying to fix my problem and have heard that talking to others with trich can be a great first step to take. So any advice or stories I could get from people would be great. Thanks!
