Looking to transition from hobbiest to pro? or are you a OS dev?

Hey Guys, 

You probably know me from the meetings and/or mobile app competitions. 

If you don't know, I am a full time Android embedded developer (primarily, though lots of apps too!) working in the Mobile Networks area and have been for a few years now. 

I am looking for people with Java and C code experience and compiled some form of Linux before to add to my team (I have about 4 new slots). Mobile app experience is a Bonus. 

If you  are looking to transition from hobbiest to professional, let me know. We can talk and see what you might be into.
