and ex-Priest who has left the responsiblity after working for eleven
years as priest has alleged in his book that – Homosexuality and adult
films had become a part of their lifestyle. Few of priests and nuns were
driven by lust for power and money. Mismanagement of funds was also
rampant in institutions.
K P Shibu has claimed that that 60% of them had had sexual encounters with nuns, widows, society ladies or other faithful women. There were also those who took advantage of poverty of women, orphans and abused children, and says ragging of new comers to the order shamefully prevails in seminaries.
It may be recalled that a book by Sister Jesmi by name “Amen: Autobiography of a Nun” was also critical of life for Priests and Nuns.

K P Shibu, who worked in the Vincentian Congregation. He left the organization after working for 13 years as a priest student and 11 years as priest. The confessions of a former priest about his priest-sainthood life has become a heated topic for discussion in the church and some have indicated sharp criticism of same.
