Dear all:
Here is an example of the larger fascist agenda in the Indian land. Remember Dalits, Adivasis and other similar indigenous marginalised groups will not be left out of this schemes of things. I am also attaching a response that I drafted but couldn't send it since at that time I had severe problems with the internet connection, later I had forgotten it as I got busy at the field level. Here I am copying the same response (in blue) at the end of this mail for the better understanding of the readers.

Have we raised Sri Ram Temple to its original glory? Actually,someone remarked that "due to foolishness of such Hindu leaders who see the Sikhs as separate, our campaign over Sri Ram Mandir is flapping. GET THE SIKHS IN THEIR THOUSANDS ON BOARD and see the result." Has he got a point?

FOREIGN FINGER will only mean damage to the indigenous people who need to sit down TOGETHER and realise that UNITY IS STRENGTH.

For the Hindus the foreign finger isSonia and for the Sikhs it is Governor RODRIGUES who is an ALIEN by language, culture and RELIGION. Nowhere on earth can one find a GOVERNOR so different from those he GOVERNS. Please let us have an example.

We need to CONCENTRATE on VATICAN, CHRISTIAN LOBBY, SONIA AND ALL THE "INDIAN" MUSLIMS rather than the Sikhs. How much of INDIA is under MUSLIM FLAG? How much of India is under Hindu flag? NONE. and how much of India is under SIKH FLAG? None.

We hope everyone understands the joy of MASTERS and the bickering of the SLAVES (the DEFEATED).

Dear Prof. Gupta,

You have indicated that we should all file petitions etc. for every possible voilation of Human Rights and thus fill up the courts etc. Not a bad idea but what are present situation of these courts and Commissions which take 15-20 years to come to some judgment and than forget what was the commission working for. Take Sikh ma scare in Delhi of 1984 or Babri Masjid case. One must sit down and figure out why this is happeneing and why proper justice is not delivered on time. Idea is good but can in Indian climate of present political climate it can happen???

The only way anything will change if we not only write a NEW CONSTITUTION BUT SEE
TO IT THAT FIRST AND FOREMOST HUMAN RIGHTS OF "UNIFORM CODE BILL" IS PASSED. When a nation treats all human beings with one law, things can improve.
Let us hear what is your opinion.

When I read your letter first paragraph of anti US, one laughs that even educated persons like a Professor feels that WEST and sepecially USA is preparing new viruses. DEO YOU HAVE A PROOF or do you talk like to beleive in street talk. You never wrote anything when Russians were not only ruling India but KGB saw to it that 5000 or more misinformation is published and if you need the proof read KGB heade who ran India.
I am rather shocked with such statements but internet is free and everyone has right to say whatever they wish

10th December is human rights day.Human rights are violated everywhere including in countries like USA.In fact countries like USA violate interantional human rights to the maximum for their political and resources advantage.Even new forms of bacteria and viruses are genetically engineered and new drugs are tested in poor countries without knowledge of participants who are treated like guinea pigs.

But we are talking of more direct and visible human rights violations.These are maximum in countries like India.India unfortunately tops in every negative indicator in the world.A rotten and third class arrogant and unaccountable judiciary, almost decayed police system, rampant corruption and black money generation and attack on common man's self esteem and fundametal rights are every day found in all the places in India that includes adulteration of eatables and drugs.

If we are waiting for boneless and self seeking fraudulent experts and politicians to change the society, we are living in fool's paradise.It will never happen as these very people are creatos of vicious environment. They are biggest beneficiaries of decayed system and violations of human rights.The entire property market is dominated by nexus of politicians and traders where 50% amount is always under the table.These people are big drain of public capital and peace and dignity of citizens.Their right place is on the gallows.But Indians cant start civil war.We are too cowards.
But who will do that? The Indian judciary is almost shameless and arrogant and non delievering liability on nation and they refuse to change.

So then what you can do?

Well start filing complaints against one and all ,even CJI and PM. Start sending complaints against all kinds of officials ,judges and ministers and ask for reply within 3 months or face publivation of same in media.Dont spare lawyers ,judges,policemen and income tax officials as they are biggest perpetrators of crime against our society who are given role to do just the opposite.

The deluge of complaints will make ultimately these shameless people to bend and start changing.

So let us have target of 10 million complaints all over India in next one year period.Right upto against CJs of high courts and black money eaters like real estate companies and enginers of PWDs.Attack and continue attacking.Dont wait for your neighbor to do it.

I know of several people who have suffered a lot who refused to pay in No.2 and bend before corruption and violation of fundamental rights and corrupt officials and ministers.

Even portals like UGC ,AICTE and Education directorates are most corrupt who are in fact character builders of the country.Shame on them

So here we should start a national movement from tomorrow. There is no harm and much cost in filing a complaint.Just typing a letter and mailing charges. Circulate this message to as many people as possible.

Tell your childen to boycott children of corrupt people and rich businessmen. Social ostracisation is effectve tool.

There is no other way to start chage in India but to have paper attack on corrupt and irresponsible persons in society including businessmen.

Let us start this.Please spread the message and start acting.Charity begins at home.

I had been reading all your mails and I think many of you are taking outright fanatic positions, that is not only criminal by law but also unethical by all norms of "Sovereign Socialist Democratic Republic" spirit underlined and upheld in the constitution. This constitution has been provided to us by our great elder Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar and the very spirit of this constititution is at stake.

People like Lal and Rajput are the real problems of the country who "cry for/of Hindus". The cry for (never it has been of the Hindus in the history of India so far the fanatics are concerned) Hindus is not the cry of the problems faced by Hindus at large, rather it is to spread hate campaign against the Muslims and Christians, spreading of false information, branding someone as alien and so on. If they are really concerned for the problems of Hindus, then let me sincerely place a few question, and if you get irritated while reading it or get a sense of counter fanatism about me then it would only be your problem not mine, since I am a pure rationalist who do not believe in the existence of God.

How many of you had raised the problems of Dalits in India? How many of you had understood the fact that Hinduism is standing on the four pillars of caste, which if uprooted, the very religion will have a natural death? How many of you could trace and tell me from factual aspects (historical aspects not mythical and cooked up ones), the origin and history of Hindu religion and society? Out of the 33 crores of Gods and Goddess which is the most important one, whom should I worship and why? Why can't a lower caste man like me have a free and rational relationship with a girl (woman) from any other community? Why is India still reeling under the yoke of casteism? Why is that even the highly educated ones have to kill their sons and daughters or excommunicate them when they get married with someone from the other caste group (and sometimes from the same caste without the parents consents)? What does the religious scriptures speak on all these? What are the dos and don'ts in it? What sanctions were applied on the Shudras, Asparshiyas and Woman? Why were over 8000 Buddhist monks (Bhikkus) killed by Adi Shankaracharya and the Hindu king's army?

Can anyone give an answer to it!!!

One small thing. Whatever the matter is, you should be strong enough to come up with concrete arguments with ample evidence to the debate table. Do not run off it or come up with some sort of unrealistic, unreasonable and lame reasons.
