Friends
Some of us may not like uncomfortable truths. My friend of age 75 was telling me that all the time the minds of the Dalits, Adivasi and OBC are busy in the awareness of analysis and research with deep thinking on each and every little and big things. It is a clerical mode of working for wages and piece meal.
I don't see any point in  the phrase "The Social and Cultural Transformation of Neo-Buddhists in India" for the following reasons:
1. What is the need to create a new sect NEO-BUDDHIST
2. Who and why will create a new social and cultural code for them and how he will transform
3. WHat will be the ultimate gain to the people if everything goes well?

Sometimes, occasionally, a few people emerge with a plan to do something meaningful. I know, no one works on economic justice, despite being written in the preamble of the constitution of India. Ineffectiveness to work on economic justice gives advantages to those who are busy in accumulating wealth by unfair means. It may be an unspoken understanding between the top leaders and scholars. It is happening and its results before everyone.
