The Ambedkar International Center (AIC) acquired 13 acres of land and property in Washington DC area on 10 May 2013. Dr. Mohan Nirala is the current president and founder of the AIC. Here are the facts:
(1) The property has a loan of $80,000 US Dollars provided by the seller with 5% interest rate for 1 year. The loan was taken by Dr. Mohan Nirala, Founder and President of AIC. More than 51 % finance is undertaken by Mohan Nirala. Dr. Nirala paid all AIC expenses including real estate tax, utilities and insurance, daily operational and maintenance costs, mortgage closing costs, other expenses and remaining debt relating to this property. Despite numerous promises by individuals to contribute to AIC and the maintenance of the land and its loans, no to only minimal financial help was provided. Nonetheless, all donors who have contributed to the purchase of the AIC property will be recognized.
(2) Mohan Nirala maintained and runs the center including paying all expenses and taxes relating to this land. No other individual including Dinesh Singh and Jagdish Bankar have even set foot on the land.
(3) Mohan Nirala founded Satyaguru in 2007. The name was later changed to became AIC, he has travelled across the globe to unite the people to build the Ambedkar memorial and the Center. He worked tirelessly in Ambedkarite missions since 1984 in India, United Kingdom and the United States.

(5) The tax-exempt application under IRS 501(C)(3) code is still pending and this too was filed by Mohan Nirala without any help from anyone.
(6) In 2007, Dr. Nirala founded Satyaguru Incorporation in Maryland and he has been working actively to build Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Memorial and Center for a decade. He travelled the United States; Toronto, Canada and numbers of places in India (New Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow and Raipur) to meet people and rally them to support and be involved in this cause. In 2012, Satyaguru became Ambedkar International Center.
(7) The property will be developed as the historic Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Memorial and the AIC. It will also include a meditation center, and possibly an university to create awareness in social justice, human rights, and educate people about Dr. Ambedkar's philosophy.
The founding president of AIC would like to encourage people around the globe to take an active part in the historic AIC missions and activities and support generously.

Dear Friends,As most of the Dalit communities, forums and activists of Ambedkar movement are already aware that ex-president of AIC, Mohan Nirala is a biggest roadblock of Dalit movement in USA. So far our understanding has been that the AIC property is on AIC name. Please see the attached original deed executed on name of AIC as an non profit organization. However, Yesterday our attorney has pulled the latest docs from the county court and we were stunned to see that Mohan Nirala has executed a deed in which he transferred Non Profit Organization's property to his own name. Please find the attached original DEED and see by yourself how this guy has selfishly hijacked the wonderful movement and our struggle for downtrodden of India. How low can one go?We all 51 contributors of AIC challenge Mohan Nirala to clarify his stand on this email.NEXT STEPs:1. AIC Board of Directors (Dinesh Singh,Jagdish Bankar,Kranthi Tappita,Mahendra Kumar,Rakesh Gupt,Ram Kumar,Rama Krishna Bhupati,Sanjay Kumar,Sitaram Mahey,Venkat Maroju,and Vijay Kumar) are filing court case against Mohan Nirala.2. Here are findings regarding which the Executive board and Executive officers have solid proofs.
- AIC treasurer found that Mohan Nirala has withdrawn the money for his personal uses.
- Mohan has not deposited even $2500 which was minimum amount to become board of director. Other than $100 contribution for opening AIC bank account there are no proofs of his contribution based on the bank statements.
- He needs to submit receipts for all operational expenses which he claims for about $5500.
- He also needs to give explanation for the cash withdrawal of around $7564.
- In addition he is also accountable for all the donations received on July 21st function in cash and other forms.
The legal lawsuit which we are filing for all the accounting fraud, misuse of nonprofit funds for personal use and also for creating emotional trauma to all its members.5.
