Ihave an old iMac that is running on OS X 10.6.8 and all of the new Xcodes aren't available on a Mac like mine. Could someone please tell me how to download an older version of Xcode that is available for my Mac. Also, if I download this older version, will people that are on iOS 8/9 be able to go on them? I'm guessing that in the app description it will say availble for iOS 5 and so on? Thanks for all your help!
Submitting to the store currently requires Xcode 5.1.1 or later (and I am fully expecting them to start requiring Xcode 6 with the iOS 8 SDK pretty soon). Yes apps that you build using old Xcode versions should run OK on newer OS versions but they can only be distributed ad hoc.
You can download old Xcode versions from the Downloads link in the iOS Dev Center if you have a paid developer program membership. If you just have a free membership then I don't think the older versions are available.
FWIW, there is no version of Xcode that will both run on 10.6.8 and will allow you to submit to the App Store. The latest version of Xcode that supports 10.6.x is Xcode 4.2, while the minimum version of Xcode that can build arm64 code (which is required for App Store submission) is Xcode 5.x (which itself requires OS X 10.8.4 or later)
Describe 'doesn't work' - try to to put some effort into this time, rather than phoning it in and making others guess....won't download? Downloads but borked? Download is good but won't install? Install works but won't run? Runs but crashes? Runs ok but doesn't like your projects?
A version is a static copy of a script. Versions let you track yourchanges. Once you save a version, you can't modify it. Use versions when you'reworking on a script that goes through many changes and iterations. Scriptprojects can have up to 200 versions.

You can have multiple sketchup versions installed in your PC, you can use sketchup 2024 then open the project in sketchup 2023 if you need to save as a previous version not supported by sketchup 2024.
The option to save to an older version is not completely removed (yet?).
The Ruby API still allows you to save to any earlier version .skp file. In theory, the Extensions/Plugins that are designed for this can work. However, I have not personally checked them yet.
I learned that I misspoke above. Models saved in 2024 can also be opened in 2021, but per our support policy, 2021 falls outside our supported versions as of Jan. 31 this year. Just want to clarify that and have edited my post above to reflect it.
If you saved only once, and SketchUp uses default settings, the previous version ought to be saved as a backup file, with the .skb file extension. You can make a copy of that, rename it with the .skp extension and try opening it.
RStudio suggests
"On most single-user systems (Mac, Windows, and Linux), when you upgrade to a new minor version of R (like 3.3.0 to 3.4.0), R will not find the packages, you will need to reinstall your R packages. This is an inconvenience, but the problem is obvious and it is easy to fix. If you are using a system like this, you can just reinstall your packages after upgrading R. "
That sounds fine if you have one or two packages but is there a quick script that can automate this process for large numbers?
Or is there some package that I could use with the prior version of R to facilitate?
For individual work, the risk of doing this is quite low. As already mentioned, some packages will need recompilation due to the internal changes in R-3.5.0. This may lead to runtime errors - so this is the risk you take.
I define two vectors in my .Rprofile, .cran_packages and .gh_packages (prefixed with . so they're hidden in the global environment), and keep a reasonably updated set of what I actually care about. Reinstalling takes a while, but I find it a better solution than copying/linking directories or messing with .libPaths, because if I decide I don't really need a package and take it off my lists, the next time its otherwise-unused dependencies will also disappear, unlike if I just directly remove it.
The first lines of code for the Publish or Perish software were written in October 2006. Today, 10 years later to the month, Publish or Perish has been in widespread use all over the world for almost as long as its development history and we are proud to introduce its latest incarnation, prosaically called Version 5 or PoP5.
Publish or Perish version 5 (PoP5) is probably the most extensive revision of the software in its 10 year history. We have reviewed, revised, and (hopefully) improved almost every area of the program. Some highlights:
To be honest: we have lost count of the number of Publish or Perish releases that there have been. Over its ten years of development the Publish or Perish source code moved from its original source code control system to a new one, we moved half a world, and the computing world changed from being predominantly Personal Computer based to an Internet of Things.
While the development of the Publish or Perish software is a volunteering effort and download and use of Publish or Perish is and will remain free (gratis), your support toward the costs of hosting, bandwidth, and software development are appreciated. Your support helps further development of Publish or Perish for new data sources and additional features.
Please do not feel obliged to support us financially; we developed Publish or Perish to help academics across the world obtain better (and free) access to academic data sources and will remain to do so.

I am running macOS 10.13 and do not want to upgrade to 10.15. I have Brave browser version 1.57.47, which does not have a problem for me. I missed the release of 1.57.64, which is the latest version I can use, and I want to update to it now.
TeamViewer Host is used for 24/7 access to remote computers, which makes it an ideal solution for uses such as remote device monitoring, server maintenance, or connection to a PC, Mac, or Linux device in the office or at home without having to accept the incoming connection on the remote device (unattended access). Install TeamViewer Host on your devices to access them effortlessly.
TeamViewer MSI is an alternative installation package for the full version of TeamViewer Remote or for TeamViewer Host. TeamViewer MSI is used to deploy TeamViewer via Group Policy (GPO) in an Active Directory domain.
I am observing even greater loss of reasoning between the May 12 and May 23 version! Hard to overstate how frustrating this is! The May 23 version in many respects appears to follow instructions more poorly than GPT3.5 at this point and consistently fails to solve basic logic problems.
I trust that OpenAI will seriously consider these concerns and address them promptly. Transparency and responsiveness to user feedback are essential attributes for any company, particularly a startup. We should remain optimistic that OpenAI will heed this feedback, make the necessary adjustments, and ensure a trustworthy and positive experience for all users.
