Trophy Presentation Evening and Guest Speaker John Ellison

If you won a trophy last year then Kate will have already sent you an
invitation, but even if you haven't then please come along to
congratulate the worthy winners and see what's up for grabs this
season.

John will be talking about Top Level Paragliding Competitions. He
will be bringing his comp glider for us to compare with the ones us
mere mortals use.

Topics up for discussion may well include:

1) Development of top performing paragliders

2) How tasks could be modelled to make them less speed orientated, but
still a test of pilot skill.

3) Why some top pilots choose to no longer compete in PWC, etc.
