Good Evening,

Thank you for registering online to participate in our Youth Hunt on 10/4/25. 

The online registration captured all of the information I need (thanks for filling this out.) I ask you respond to this email confirming the adult and youth participant who will be attending the event. It is a popular event and I want to make sure our attendance is full.

Ammo, safety equipment and a warm lunch will be provided along with experienced volunteers who work to make this event a success! I look forward to it each year. 

Once I have received confirmation on who will be attending, some additional communication will take place regard logistics, timing and any other common questions.
