Attached hot off the press is the 17-18 PF Core Banquet Package. I don’t have the Encore items available to me yet, but will forward once I do.
You may email/fax the banquet package order in, but merchandise will not invoice it until after inventory- which is June 26th through 30th (all shipping will also be closed during this time).
I will also forward in a separate email PF Store items. If those items are not needed prior to July 4th, please hold orders until after inventory.

I know we (PF) is currently getting the final touches on the new merchandise and Banquet Package, and I’ll make a note on my end to do what we can so you guys get one asap. I have some multiple chapters that have fall banquets here in MN, so I know planning for those events can be a bit frustrating when you don’t know what merchandise is available.

The only thing that I know we might be pushing for is banquet information which we know PF selects and finalizes about that same time.
One other little bit of info is our local banking we had Matt help us get set up. With Davies (new chapter in Fargo) banking at same bank as our chapter, using the same tax id # caused some issues so Matt had to become our primary contact. I'm assuming this can be transitioned when a new ND rep is selected.
With some internal chapter changes we are going through, I'm doing our best to not let things slip through the cracks.

Hope your new job transition is going smoothly as possible. We don't plan to burden you with many requests/items.
Tim collected the state gun raffles to mail off to you - hopefully he did get them off to you.
If he hasn't reached out to you, we wondering if we should reach out to Rachel about getting the new banquet seasons packets, etc as soon as available July.
We discussed some of these things the other night and wanted to be proactive knowing you were instrumental in getting us these items in the past due to the timing of our banquet.
Cody Doom will be taking over my position within the chapter as I take over Russ's. We may need a little bit of your time to help at Gate City and organizing Cody's transition with their stuff.
Please keep in touch when possible.
