At our Nov. NAVHDA meeting we had some follow-up discussion on the Youth Event.
I believe we have some good ideas/discussion topics that would lend to an even more
exciting/successful event next year.
Quite a few of the ideas are around how NAVHDA can better serve the young people attending.
That said, we talked about presenting those ideas at a future PF meeting while the event is still fairly
fresh in the memory bank.
A chapter member brought up the idea of inviting PF folks to OUR December meeting.
Our December meeting is more of a Holiday/Celebration get-together vs a regular meeting.
In the past we have reserved a room at Rose Creek for those wanting to attend.
We don’t have date or venue scheduled at this point, however just wondering if PF chapter
would be interested in joining us at this event.
Would be a good way to continue the partnership/team building within the two organizations
and also give us the opportunity to present our ideas in a fairly informal setting.
Let me know your thoughts……..if something PF would like to be involved in, I would ask for
a ballpark head-count so I can make sure we have adequate seating at whatever venue we
decide to go with.
Possible dates: Dec 9th or Dec. 11th.
