Tim - 

1. I added the three levels of payment to the PF event site. I was hoping my United rental sponsor would do it so I can see if it works. here is the link https://pheasantsforeverevents.org/event/2873
2. We will also need to set up square or other means for the event itself if someone can start looking at it, If Neil can help Cody set it up in codys name?
3. I see there is a credit card machine PF national has for around $50 on the website we can buy, I dont know how this is linked or can be linked to our national account or local bank, would Renee be able to help on this? this might be the best option. My only concern is if this has to be linked direct to our national account and how easy is it to draw from that account?

I would have to think Cody can set it up now and let's be using it. 

If square bans us we still have time to get another method lined up. 

Cody, we usually get $4000 in seed money for banquet we will need in local acct. I can see if the CC  machine from PF goes into national acct, we won't have cash access. But we should get enough checks from sponsors to cover $4000. 

- $2000 in $20

- $600 in $10

- $600 in $5

- $400 in $50

- $400 in $100

I can't think of any raffles, etc we will need $1 bills for. If we get any maybe just $50 worth.

Cody let me know if you need help with square set up.

It's pretty easy to add the membership tickets, sponsor levels, youth and spouse meal options.
