I made a template for existing sponsors to register if you need. I also attached the flier. Feel free to print it off and give it to people or businesses! I also sent the list of sponsors in an email last night while at our meeting!!

It is once again that time of the year for the Annual Dakota SE Pheasants Forever Banquet held on Thursday, September 18, 2025. Last year, you were a _____ Sponsor and would love your support again. Find the level of sponsorships below. 

Gold - $800 - 8 tickets with dinner - choice of 1/5 chance at $500 gift card or print of the year

Silver - $500 - 4 tickets with dinner - choice of 1/5 chance at $300 gift card or print of the year

Bronze - $300 - 2 tickets with dinner - choice of 1/5 chance at $300 gift card or print of the year

All,

I've completed the purchases for the 2026 calendar raffle.  I shuffled a couple of the guns around, but for the most part stuck with what we previously discussed.    

Attached is a PDF showing the final costs and the items purchased.  The total cost is just under $10,400, thanks to Scheels providing discounts ranging from 5-20% on the items.  The other good news is that Scheels will hold all items for us and has provided claim tickets we can hand out to the monthly winners.  

Lastly, there are still a handful of month sponsorship opportunities available for the raffle. So as you're talking to banquet sponsors, please check if they might be also interested in sponsoring a month.
