Meeting Reminder - Monday at 7

All - I have prior commitments for tonight.

Per the Banquet:

See attached sheet. Banquet package is not out yet, if anyone sees it please let me know. 

Hunts: I have prairie sky lined up, just working out details with him.

For the group:

1. Do we want to do keg beer with purchase of mug and general raffle tickets? Last year Kurt said we could do this.
   
2. Need more hunts
3. I have not ordered furniture, I looked at it and I dont know which to order besides maybe a bench with drawers. 
4. Does everyone have shirts for the banquet? or do we need to order?
5. Need new members to help
6. We are set up now for 50% discount through sitka and vortex

1. order guns at outdoorsman
   1. need to select corp gun, will be shotgun this year
2. order plinko board
3. order Vortex Package
4. Order Bands for Pick of the litter

Items for Neil:

1. Did you sell any mugs? 
   1. we should have 12original - 5 mad hatter = 7 remaining
2. Order hoorags for kids package
3. We should have plenty of bags?

Items for Gary:

1. order PF jack bottles
2. aber liquor package
3. Are we good with shirts/vests/gun cases

Other Wade:

1. Print boards
   1. 5 EA - 144 SQ
   2. 4 EA - 100 SQ

Also, if anybody has state raffle tickets, please bring them to the meeting so I can get them to Renee.  I think Neil was the only one who took tickets, but can't remember.

I'm not able to make it tonight either. Below are my responses for banquet items. 

I understand from Gary that Eikholtz is reseeding due to corn not likely being RU ready. We were informed it was, by the Pioneer higher ups. 

So anyone who received the brown bags of Habitat seed from Pioneer seed that you are aware of, caution them not to spray with round up.

1. Need more hunts - Waiting to hear back from Pine Shadows. We are not likely going to get a Currier Cannonball hunt this year due to last year drop in bird numbers.

Quick update from the last meeting.  Members present:  Tim, Cody, Trevor, Wade T., Gary, Steve

1.  Current account balance is around $10,000 after all habitat checks paid, so we're sitting flush for the banquet

      

     - Do we want to look at doing a LAF or No Child Left Indoors donation to get a gun for the banquet?

2.  I will follow up with Curt to get a cost for doing a host keg.  Everyone thought idea of adding free beer to the ticket bundles was a good idea.

3.  I talked to Renee this week and asked her to get us the banquet package info as soon it is available.  She thought she was supposed to get it in mid-July.  She said she will try to make our next meeting.

4.  Got the sign up info for next year's Sportsmen's Show already and will get us signed up for the same booth location again.

5.  Trevor and Cody will get Trevor set up with Gate City and National for Trevor to take over as treasurer while Cody is gone.  Cody is still planning on being able to help at the banquet.

6.  NEXT MEETING WILL BE JULY 10 because of the Fourth.
