Tickets & Corp Sponsors

All,

The Sponsor list was sent out - let me know if you didn't receive it. Each of you individually should have gotten copies of your sponsor slips from last year. They are the yellow copies indicating the details (print, gun, level, etc)

Below are two links. 

First is the membership ticket, the second is the sponsor slips

They have all the same information the tickets and sponsor slips we manually fill out. The purpose of these are options to email our sponsors/members to complete.

This doesn't mean you can't meet in person with your contacts, but if you do, please fill out these forms on behalf of your contact to help out. All this gets submitted to spreadsheets we will use to track head counts for Speedway meals, contact info we just have to copy/paste for PF membership data, among other things.

Copy and paste desired link and email it. If the contact is paying with a credit card, they will get a link to pay through Square when they complete their form. If they pay with check, collect it and bring to next meeting.  

Open each of them and they will look familiar to the sponsor slip and banquet ticket info. It'll make sense. Just electronic versions. Don't be scared of this old timers. :) It's pretty self explanatory.
