2020 Pheasant Fest

Any input on Pheasant Fest this year?  Renee just emailed me back and looks like the early bird deadline is November 1 so I would need to know by Thursday morning at the very latest who all would like to go?  We save a substantial amount of money with early bird.  If we can get 10 of us there is a special chapter package otherwise we can buy individual as well.  Dates are February 14-16 at the Hyatt Regency downtown Minneapolis.  I can also try and get some rooms booked too.  Vendor show is held at the convention center across the street.  I will let the boss (Tim) make the call on what costs chapter will cover.

I will probably be going, but won't need a full registration since my wife will be tagging along and won't want to go to the banquet.  I would say the Chapter pays for anyone's registration and hotel like before.

Since we did not get much of a response to hit the early bird deadline everybody just book on your own if you’re going and chapter will reimburse for registration and hotel accommodations.  Thanks
