Thank you everyone who was able to coordinate the gun, raffle balls, gun board, permit and working the booth this weekend.
Tim worked the last few hours of the show today when he took over for me. We had sold 11 books of $5 state raffle gun and two other books started by that point. Perhaps the new spot up on concourse is a good spot for us especially next to Twiggy the skiing squirrel!
I felt a little more upbeat about this show vs last year's.
Remember, our Tuesday night meeting at the Speedway, 7pm. I will talk with Tim and see what we ended up with final sales of $5 raffles but we certainly covered our show expenses and gun board for sure selling it out.
Be sure to come with any feedback from the show. Also, heard back two "Yes" votes on the late tree project submission just west of Kindred I emailed last week we should finalize.
Jason, reminder for the Youth Hunt Grant request to state.
Hope to see everyone at the meeting Tuesday!
Neil
