Good evening gentlemen, I have done a very rough copy of banquet recap this evening and if you see any errors my apologies and please bring them to my attention. I have included two attachments which is the corporate sponsor gun board winners with some ticket counts and head counts, also have include the rough copy of the fundraising event report. Please take into consideration this is not final we still have some expenses and some revenue that is yet to come in but right now I'm just not sure how much that is. Example we have a gun bill with PF corporate for $700 we have not been charged for yet, I'm not sure if I need to cut a check for the hunt that was sold either (if I do please let me know amount and to who), we also have any workers from last night to add to the PF member count that would be an expense. Tim has a few sponsor checks I will be adding to cash received as well. Overall as down as it seemed last night I think we did ok as the rough estimate for total 2019 banquet revenue sits at $37,812.22. Again this is only a very rough estimate I worked on this evening. If there are any changes that need to be made to the sponsor gun board changes please let me know and I will get that changed. Also I just remembered we will still need to cut a check for gift cards and sponsor guns so that will be a fairly large expense added. Thanks for everyone's help last night and as things come in I will do my very best to keep all updated on where we sit. I most likely won't know the final banquet revenue until around October 10th.
