Suggestions For the IT policy

Friends,
The new government will soon release its IT policy. If we have any suggestions towards it we can discuss it here for a few days, refine it and submit a document as suggestions from the community.

One suggestion I have is that Government projects should give priority to local companies. Many times tender requirements cannot be met by able companies in Kerala. That situation should change.

We have to look at the present IT Policy and suggest necessary modifications. Can somebody put the current policy in the group?
