General-purposed plugin mechanism and dedicated goal

Eclipse is a good example for plugin systems. It has a general-purposed
plugin mechanism at the kernel, we can develop various plugins for it.
But Eclipse is still an IDE, it has a dedicated goal - a toolkit for
developers.

Then how about our project? The goal seems not very clear. Yet another
wiki or another aggregator? The original idea for me is a
wiki+aggregator.

In fact, if the project goes smoothly, in future we could face such
questions - should we include this or that plugin in our toolkit to
ship them out? The answer depends on our goals.
