Understanding daisydiff code

Hi,

Thanks for the amazing work in the form of Daisydiff.

I was looking for a html compare tool and came across this.

Is it a possibility that you help us out with how to get started.

I am trying to understand the code so as to be able to use and modify for our purposes.

As the project website lists a number of research papers, I didn't know where to start.. The algorithm that is implemented is from a particular paper or a combination of few? Any pointers would greatly help me understand the code.
