2% + $12,000 (Coy Agent co-broke with CT)	0.2% + $3000
Core Team
2% + $12,000+$3000 (close direct buyer)
External Agent	Core Team (CT)
2% (External agent co-broke with CT)	0.2% + $12,000

 

 

Remark
1. Removal of 50% advertisement subsidy
2. Removal of pool sharing commission scheme
