Hi Primus,

Sorry I must have missed your 14/7 dateline. Nevertheless I hope you can still put it in :

1) Lift lobby -- Is the lift lobby enclosed by a glass door and entry is by card access?  Or the lift itself has the built-in card access system?

2) Main pool -- Is there a changing room at the main pool?  Artist impression pictures shows a little bit,  but need to confirm?

3) Main gate Entry -- Please confirm if it is using our IU transponder device for entry and exit?

4) Small Gate -- Is there a small gate near the Main gate for those who don't drive?

5) Rubbish Point -- Where is the rubbish point in the house? Where is the Main collection point for rubbish. Is it manual truck collection everyday?

6) Mechanical Car Parking -- Please confirm the shutter door will automatically open when the car approaches it without having the driver to come out of the car?
