Updates for you in regards to today sales meeting.


Sales & Marketing

SMS Blast 
Please continue to SMS on a weekly basis to your cobroke agent based on the list that was distributed to you. You can used back the same SMS scripts + updates of units sold

Electronic Direct Mailer
Please continue to SMS on a weekly basis to your cobroke agent based on the list that was distributed to you. You can used back the same email scripts + updates of unit sold.

Roadshow@ Hougang MRT
I will make a request to Ronnie for a slot at Hougang MRT before our consumer seminar 27/7 (Sat) 

ST Classified 2+2 promotion 
CT member are strongly encourage to advertise on their own for the SPH 2 ads+2 free weekly advertisement promotion.

Sales Gallery duty
Immediately from 15/7/2013,we will start the daily sales Gallery duty. Each day will have 2 core team member on duty. I am flexible in terms of timing arrangement between the 2 CT members. Weekend will have 2 CT on duty as well.
a)11am-3pm (1st shift)
b) 3pm-7pm (2nd shift)

I will be sending out the duty schedule soon. Please let me know if you have already committed on other projects duty.

Distribution of leads
I will be distributing leads according to the queue list. Please refer to the attached list for reference.

Advertising on ST classified section
1 x Big Ads with ST classified on 26/7 (Fri) for 27/7 (Sat) consumer event 
Each Core Team member will contribute $100 and balance will be paid by PI. I will keep you updated once I get the logistics confirmation

Proposed Events (Subject to room availabilty) 
A) 22/7 (Mon) 2-4pm@ Propnex #10: Agent networking session
B) 27/7 (Sat) 2-4pm@ Propnex #10: Consumer seminar updates on market trend

PI will support $500 of refreshment for the events (Subjected to response)

Weekly sales updates
Starting from 15th (Mon) July onward, all CT members will need to whatapps to the "Diasy Suites CoreTeam group" on their weekly sales activities. This serve to encourage one another in prospecting activities and also for the management to look into ways for improving the marketing efforts.

Technical
Completion of foundation
Please note that the completion of the foundation stage will be estimated in October 2013. This means collection of the 10% payment. Please take this into consideration when you do your financial planning for your buyer.

Converting swimming pool into storage area
I will check with Yong Hock/Allan and confirm the details

Technical Questions
Please pose all your technical questions to me so that I can compile into the FAQ and distribute for your reference.

Product, Dimension, Information (PDI)
I will be email you separately the PDI Annex A which will give you the breakdown of the respective area space in Sqm such as bedroom, private pool etc. This will give you more confidence in your presentaion. 


Logistics
Sales Gallery
1) Provide air cooler for weekend viewing
2) Provide audio player to play background music
3) Additional Daisy Suites brochure are loaded under the model cabinet 


Other Matter
In-camp-training
1) I will be away for my in-camp-training from 12th to 20th August 2013. During that period of time, I have limited access to email and phone. Please be patience with my response. I will appoint someone to take over me during my period of absence.
