User documentation is now available in a new project web site:

The web site's content, including developers' documentation, will be further updated in the coming months. Early feedback is always appreciated!
Finally, please note that the Pipeline team is committed to start a new process to identify key performance, stability and usability shortcomings. We will contact key users individually, and will integrate feedback to our 2017 work plan.
As usual, feedback is warmly welcome!
Best,
Romain.
