Stomata conductance

Hi,

could some one please tell me how  the following Log Files are created:

Stomatal conductance , gs

Photosynthesis, An

co2 concentration at leaf level, cs

which are parameters of "Farquhar parameters for potatoes."

note: i used SHA12 for modling Stomatacon

Hi,

i treid to use this in the output

("LeafPhot" (when hourly))

but there was an error:

layer is missing (error)

how could i defind the layer in the LeafPhot model

Try 

  ("LeafPhot" (when hourly) (layer 0))

The canopy is divided into 30 layers by default, each with the same amount of LAI, layer 0 is in the top, layer 29 is in the bottom, the variables change through the canopy.

secondly, i treid : ("LeafPhot" (when hourly) (layer 0))

but i got error :  *** output[4]: LeafPhot ...where is missing (error) 

what can i do to correct the error
