is there any available sunflower parametrisation or should I replace
it by another oil plant (e.g. Winter Rape)? Thanks.

Hi!
There is no sunflower parameterization in Daisy. I don't really know anything about sunflowers, so I don't know which replacement would be best. But Winter Rape might do if sunflowers are planted in the autumn.
