• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with vendors to establish and maintain EDI connections, ensuring seamless electronic communication for order processing and fulfillment.
• Facilitate the exchange of electronic documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipment notices, in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Work closely with the ecommerce division to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EDI solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, identifying and resolving issues to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of order processing.
