JD:--- We are seeking an experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino platforms, specifically within TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) loan disclosure workflows.
This is a high-priority, urgent requirement, and candidates must possess hands-on experience in both nCino and TRID processes (non-negotiable).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing activities, ensuring application quality, compliance, and alignment with business requirements in a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices based on business and functional requirements
Perform manual testing, including functional and regression testing
Validate application behavior to ensure it meets specifications and expected outcomes
Conduct testing for enhancements, releases, and change requests
Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Work closely with development and business teams to investigate and resolve issues
Identify and analyze gaps in current system functionality
Assist in deployment validation for releases and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional QA teams, including support for test automation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform testing
Proven expertise in nCino (Commercial Lending / Banking processes) — MANDATORY
In-depth knowledge of TRID loan disclosure workflows — MANDATORY
Experience in financial services / lending domain
Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA lifecycle
Experience with defect tracking tools, preferably Azure DevOps (ADO)
Ability to create and maintain detailed test documentation
Additional Notes
Candidates must be available to work onshore or align with U.S. business hours
Immediate availability is highly preferred due to urgent project needs
Prior experience with loan origination systems and compliance workflows will be an advantage
