सुप्तेषु पुत्रेषु रणोत्सुकेषु निशाचरः शोणितमार्यमातुः।
पिबन् विनर्दस्यबलान् बली को विहंसि चाण्डाल कृतान्तभक्ष्य॥
Anvaya
चाण्डाल ! कृतान्तभक्ष्य! रणोत्सुकेषु पुत्रेषु कः बली निशाचरः [त्वम्] आर्यमातुः शोणितं पिबन् विनर्दसि ? अबलान् विहंसि ?
Meaning
चाण्डाल - cāṇḍāla - Ca??ala; कृतान्तभक्ष्य - kṛtāntabhakṣya - food for Death; रणोत्सुकेषु - raṇotsukeṣu - eager for battle; पुत्रेषु - putreṣu - sons; कः? - kaḥ - who?; बली - balī - strong; निशाचरः - niśācaraḥ - in the night; आर्यमातुः - āryamātuḥ - of the mother of the Aryans; शोणितं - śoṇitaṁ - blood; पिबन् - piban - drunk; विनर्दसि - vinardasi - bellowing; अबलान् - abalān - weak; विहंसि - vihaṁsi - oppress;
Sanskrit
रे रे चाण्डाल ! यमभोजन ! कीदृशः असुरः त्वम् ? धिक् त्वाम् ! धिक् तव बलम् ! यदा आर्यमातुः रणोत्सुकाः पुत्राः सुप्ताः तदा त्वं तस्याः रक्तं पिबन् गर्जसि ? दुर्बलान् मारयसि ?
English Interpretation
“Who are you who, while her sons slept who are now eager for battle, have drunk the blood of the mother of the Aryans like a Rakshasa, bellowing in the night? Who are you who, strong, oppress the weak, O fallen one, food for Death?”

आर्या माँ का रुधिर पी रहा असुर निशाचर?
तू यम का आहार कौन रे नीच!
जो बलशाली होकर अबला का दमन कर रहा॥
