Devanāgarī

उत्तिष्ठ देहीति पिपासुरम्बा दध्वान रात्रौ नगरे वितारे।
सेयं स्तनन्ती रजनीं तमिस्त्रां बभौ समापूर्य मनंसि चार्या॥९॥

Anvaya

उत्तिष्ठ, देहि इति पिपासुः अम्बा रात्रौ वितारे नगरे दध्वान। सा इयं स्तनन्ती आर्या तमिस्रां रजनीं [जनानां] मनांसि च समापूर्य बभौ।

Meaning

उत्तिष्ठ uttiṣṭha - arise!; देहि dehi - give!; इति iti - (indicating speech); पिपासुः pipāsuḥ - पिपासुः - thirsting; अम्बा ambā - the Mother('s); रात्रौ rātrau - through the night; वितारे vitāre - in the starless; नगरे nagare - city; दध्वान dadhvāna - resounded; सा  - She; इयं iyaṁ - this (referring to 'She'); स्तनन्ती stanantī - thundering; आर्या āryā - noble; तमिस्रां tamisrāṁ - the night's blackness; रजनीं [जनानां] - rajanīṁ [janānāṁ] - of men; मनांसि च manāṁsi ca - and the hearts (literally, 'minds'); समापूर्य samāpūrya - with her presence; बभौ babhau - filled;

Sanskrit

सा पिपासुः अम्बा रात्रौ, नक्षत्रहीने नगरे ' उत्तिष्ठ, देहि, इति आक्रोशत्। गर्जन्ती सा आर्या जननी अन्धकारमयीं रात्रिं जनानां हृदयानि च आपूर्य प्राकाशयत्।

English Interpretation

Arise! Give!” The Mother’s thirsting call resounded through the night in the starless city. Thundering, the noble goddess filled with her presence the night’s blackness and the hearts of men.

Hindi

नक्षत्रहीन थी रात,जोर से चिल्लाई प्यासी माँ-
"
उठो,उठो । दे डालो अब अपने को।"
सुन हहा घोर यह गर्जन,
भर गये सभी जन के मन,
यह रात अंधेरी गहरायी॥
