Job Title: Lead Embedded Software Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Embedded Software Developer with strong expertise in broadband technologies, embedded systems, and networking platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with RDK-B, OpenWRT, and embedded Linux environments along with strong programming skills in C/C++ and Rust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software solutions for broadband and networking platforms.
• Work on broadband technologies and networking solutions using RDK-B and OpenWRT platforms.
• Develop and optimize software components for embedded Linux systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Contribute to open-source software projects and follow open-source development practices.
• Lead technical initiatives and support embedded software project execution.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance and stability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in embedded software development and broadband technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RDK-B and OpenWRT platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and standards.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Rust, and embedded Linux development.
• Experience working with open-source software and development processes.
• Proven ability to lead or manage embedded software projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telecom, broadband, or networking domain projects.
• Familiarity with Linux kernel, device drivers, and networking stacks.
