Role: Data Test Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role - 3 days/week)

Duration: Contract

 

Job Description:

• Strategy  Planning Define overall test approaches methodologies and test plans for projects and programs
• Team Leadership Lead mentor and build QA teams managing both onshore and offshore resources
• Defect Management Implement structured defect reporting tracking and resolution processes
• Risk Management Identify testing risks slippage and develop mitigation strategies
• Reporting Prepare and communicate regular test progress metrics and quality status to stakeholders
• Automation Promote and implement automation tools and frameworks to increase efficiency
• Mandatory Skills : Data Testing, ETL Concepts, MDM Conceptual, PowerBI
