Respect and Obedience The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.  Psalm 111:10 True wisdom begins with our respect and reverence of God.  Our obedience to God's precepts demonstrates we have good understanding.  Writing these devotions over the years has continually reminded me of God's goodness and grace.  As I look at the world around me, I have learned many wonderful lessons that have Biblical roots.  By writing about passages of scripture I have had to stop, think, and pray.  It has been a devotional exercise that I have been allowed to share with who-so-ever-will. My prayer is that God will allow me to continue to write and express my love and excitement for what God is doing and has done in my life.  I have appreciated the responses from readers as to how these devotions have been received.  However, it has become obvious to me that because of changes in my life, I will not be able to continue to produce these devotions on a regular basis.  While this will be my last email devotion, I do hope to compile them into devotional books, if the Lord allows.  Many thanks to those of you who have supported my ministry and encouraged me as I have endeavored to follow God's leading and use my gifts to inspire others.
