We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will define system architecture, ensure best practices, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals across Sales, Service, Marketing, and custom cloud solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• Lead architecture discussions and define technical roadmaps
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce designs
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, marketing platforms, payment gateways, etc.)
• Establish data modeling, governance, and security best practices
• Provide guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
• Ensure high system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Mentor developers and technical teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers
• Support release management and CI/CD processes
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and new features

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience
• 3+ years in an architect-level role
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Integration patterns
• Experience with complex data models and large-scale implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Platform Developer II
• Integration Architecture Designer
