Project Description:

This project supports a large federal civilian agency’s Digital Customer Experience modernization initiative focused on enhancing and maintaining a high-traffic public-facing website built on the Drupal Web Content Management System (WCMS).

The objective of this requirement is to provide optional services for the setup, migration, hosting, support, enhancement, governance, and continual modernization of the Drupal WCMS platform. The initiative supports a large-scale digital environment serving millions of users annually and requires high availability, scalability, accessibility, and strict federal security compliance.

The scope includes:

• Implementation and hosting on a FedRAMP-certified Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)
• Ongoing system support and maintenance of Drupal Core and contributed modules
• Continuous integration, automated deployment workflows, and environment management (development, testing, training, production)
• Integration with enterprise systems, APIs, SQL Server, and SharePoint databases
• Content migration from legacy systems to Drupal WCMS
• Website design, mobile responsiveness, and compliance with Section 508 and W3C standards
• Implementation and configuration of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance dashboards
• Architecture services, configuration, customization, and theming
• CDN integration, load balancing, reverse proxy, DNS, SSL/TLS enforcement, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) management
• Data integrity, automated backups, failover capabilities, and disaster recovery support
• Security compliance aligned with FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-series standards
• Continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and encryption in accordance with federal requirements
• Governance framework support and digital strategy alignment
• Comprehensive testing, including functionality, accessibility (508), load, and security validation

The system is categorized as a Moderate-impact federal information system and involves handling of controlled unclassified information (CUI), including personally identifiable information (PII). The platform must maintain strong encryption standards (FIPS 140-2 compliant), adhere to federal cybersecurity mandates, and ensure operational continuity and performance optimization at scale.

Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience.
Collects, analyzes, and reports structured and unstructured data to support data-driven decisions.

Tools/Technologies Involved:
Google Analytics, Approved quantitative and qualitative analytics tools, Acquia dashboards, Akamai dashboards, System health dashboards
