Duration: 3 years
Location: Mostly remote; may be required to travel to the client location in Washington, DC if requested. So, DMV area candidates preferred
SAP Modules (Must Have):
Production Planning | Sales & Distribution | Material Management | Payroll
| General Ledger
Along with strong Project Management expertise
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years’ experience in SAP integration, including configuration of third-party software and SAP configuration modules
- Two years’ experience providing training and knowledge transfer to junior staff
- One year experience with US Treasury G-Invoicing and SAP API integration
- Two years’ experience in business processes (Supply Chain, Materials Management, Production Planning)
- Two years’ project management experience coordinating functional and technical teams
- One year experience supporting SAP S/4 HANA upgrades (support packs/version updates)
- Two years’ experience troubleshooting SAP ERP system issues
- Two years’ experience improving system performance
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Business) or equivalent experience/certifications
Required Skill Set
- Strong SAP ERP configuration expertise, including third-party integrations
- Ability to provide training and knowledge transfer in SAP Supply Chain areas
- Experience with SAP API integration and G-Invoicing
- Project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Provide project management support coordinating functional and technical teams
- Troubleshoot SAP ERP system issues across modules
- Support SAP S/4 HANA upgrades and system updates
- Provide recommendations to improve system performance
- Collaborate with administrators to maintain system coverage
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training to junior team members
- Track project costs against budgets for delivery/task orders
- Work with end users and technical teams to configure and enhance ERP system aligned with requirements
- Support testing and documentation activities in alignment with SDLC
