- Ten (10) or more years of experience managing government websites using Drupal, including experience and knowledge of Section 508 compliance requirements.
- Five (5) or more years of experience working with and understanding standards, standards development practices, and conformity assessment to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of communications.
- Five (5) or more years of experience working with professionals in laboratory accreditation, with sufficient knowledge to ensure accuracy in editing NVLAP handbooks.
- Five (5) or more years of experience collaborating with Public Affairs Offices related to branding and style guidelines in areas of standardization.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in cross-agency collaboration within the federal government.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in developing promotional and outreach materials and branding.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications.
