Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solution design and configuration
• Configure and support rate structures, tariffs, billing schemas, budget billing, and billing exceptions
• Execute parallel billing runs and reconciliation reporting
• Support regulatory and tariff changes, including energy calculations and degree-day logic
